The honest truth
I started this business to make money. That’s the real answer.
What changed for me was looking around my own community. There are thousands of business owners in Trinidad and Tobago doing good, honest,work, and online they barely exist. A lot of them have no website, some have no social media at all. They sell good products and give good service, but if you search for them, you find nothing.
Part of that is money. Part of it is that tech feels like something for other people: bigger businesses, people who studied it; like something out of reach. I don’t think that’s true. I want to help change it, one person at a time.
What you can expect from me
Fair prices: I’m a small business working for small businesses, so my prices have to make sense for that. Websites start at $300 TTD, and you’ll know the full price before I start.
Plain language: I’ve worked in technical support, so I’m used to explaining tech to people who just want it to work. If I use a word you don’t know, tell me and I’ll explain it.
I show up: If I say I’ll reply, I reply. If I give you a timeline, I stick to it. It sounds basic. It’s also where a lot of designers let people down.
